$310,000 - $390,000 Annually

Seeking associates with sponsor or lender side finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience at a top firm representing lenders, Investment and commercial banks, business development companies or other providers of debt financing and/or borrower:s(including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance transactions.
