The Finance Associate role serves as a strategic finance business partner to the Service Parts and Service organizations, providing clear, data driven financial insights that support operational and strategic decision making. The Finance Associate Aftermarket Parts will play a critical role in translating financial results into actionable intelligence while supporting both near term execution and long-term growth objectives.

Location: 200 Twin Oaks Road Kohler WI 53044

Work mode: Hybrid 2-3 days on site

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the Service Parts and Service teams, delivering clear, data-driven financial insights.

  • Develop and maintain real-time reporting tools and dashboards to support operational decision-making.

  • Lead the annual financial planning process and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate strategic investments to enhance market competitiveness.

  • Own financial results for Power Systems North America and consolidate global results in collaboration with regional analysts.

  • Support budget and headcount planning for the Selling, Marketing & Unit Admin teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Continuously improving financial processes using benchmarking and best practices.

  • Lead or contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.

  • Experience working in a global business environment is a plus.

  • Proficiency in financial planning, Microsoft reporting tools, and SAP business systems.

  • Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
