Overview
The Finance Administrator supports AAA's mission by performing essential financial and clerical duties related to the administration of arbitration and mediation cases. Key responsibilities include computing and recording accurate financial data while reconciling discrepancies. Provides financial expertise and support to operations including the review of financial transactions, review and processing of panelist invoices, reconciliation of end of case finances.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.
This position is also eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED in finance-related discipline and 0-2 years of relevant experience (bookkeeping, accounting/accounts payable role, etc.) required.
