We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational support.

    In this role, you will partner closely with the Entity CFO and cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial insights, maintain accounting integrity, support month-end close activities, and contribute to strategic financial initiatives.     Key Responsibilities

    Financial Reporting & Analysis
    • Review general ledger activity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
    • Prepare account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and detailed analyses for key balance sheet and P&L accounts.
    • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining strong financial controls.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, analysis, and responses to inquiries.
    • Prepare and maintain global and local reporting packages, including corporate, insurance, risk assurance, and internal control reporting requirements.
    • Manage financial master data, account structures, mappings, and SAP-related accounting administration.

    Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
    • Coordinate month-end close activities and ensure timely completion of all reporting requirements.
    • Prepare journal entries, accruals, account analyses, and supporting documentation.
    • Assist with quarterly and annual reporting packages while collaborating with finance, operations, and corporate stakeholders.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate accounting inquiries and reporting requests.

    Accounting, Compliance & Fixed Assets
    • Support compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and company accounting policies.
    • Prepare ledger reconciliations and comparisons across multiple accounting frameworks.
    • Assist with statutory reporting requirements and tax-related financial reporting.
    • Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, asset tracking, and audit support.
    • Ensure accurate accounting treatment and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

    Treasury Management
    • Support treasury operations, including banking transactions, cash flow monitoring, and payment processing.
    • Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient treasury activities.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate treasury policies and procedures.

    Finance Business Partnering
    • Collaborate with operational departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Provide financial insights that improve cost control, accountability, and business performance.
    • Support value stream initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
    • Help drive data-driven decision-making through meaningful financial reporting and analysis.

    Qualifications

    Required
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
    • 1–3 years of accounting experience with a focus on general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
    • Experience supporting month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

    Preferred
    • Manufacturing, supply chain, or multinational FMCG industry experience.
    • Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
    • Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS, and tax accounting principles.
    • Experience supporting audits and compliance reporting.
