Job Title: Capital Expenditure Accounting Analyst
Location: Memphis, Tennessee (Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site)
Pay Rate: $33-$35/hr based on experience level (paid weekly on a W2 + contractor benefits )
Contract Duration: 3-month contract with a strong possibility of extension
Role Overview
This is a critical finance support role responsible for capital project accounting and fixed asset accounting. The position supports a substantial workload across multiple property portfolios and corporate projects. The successful candidate will manage the monitoring, reporting, and forecasting of capital expenditures, support funding requests, and handle project close-outs while ensuring compliance with internal standards and controls.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule in Memphis, TN, with Monday required onsite and an additional one to two days onsite weekly. You will join a collaborative team with strong tenure, focused on managing capital projects such as hotel renovations, technology investments, and other corporate initiatives.
