Description: Location: Palatine, IL Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Final Tester to join our pinball manufacturing team in Palatine. This role is responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring each pinball machine meets quality and performance standards before shipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on mechanical and electrical tasks, and has a passion for quality. Key Responsibilities Perform final functional testing on completed pinball machines Inspect mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic components for defects Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues prior to shipment Document test results and report recurring quality concerns Verify gameplay functionality, scoring systems, lighting, and sound Ensure machines meet company quality and safety standards Work closely with assembly and quality teams to address deficiencies Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge preferred Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or product testing is a plus Ability to use basic hand tools Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Skills Troubleshooting experience Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
