We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our growing team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Perform final inspections on aerospace and gas turbine components
- Read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets, travelers, and engineering drawings
- Verify product conformance using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers, and borescopes
- Interpret GD&T requirements and inspection criteria
- Complete inspection reports and quality documentation accurately
- Process and document non-conforming materials as required
- Update control charts, travelers, and ERP records
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap quality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve quality concerns
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of final inspection experience in aerospace, gas turbine, or precision manufacturing environments
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T preferred
- Experience working within ISO 9001, AS9100, or Nadcap quality systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Must meet ITAR requirements
