Final Assembly Technician
Location: Winston-Salem/Kernersville Area
 Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
 Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Final Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team in the Winston-Salem/Kernersville area. This position is responsible for assembling industrial fan products, following work instructions and technical drawings, using hand and torque tools, and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assemble industrial fan products according to detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and established procedures.
  2. Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks. 
  3. Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed units to ensure compliance with quality standards. 
  4. Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies, 6S principles, and safety regulations.
  6. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
 
Job Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or GED required.
  2. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, mechanical assembly, or a related technical field preferred.
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
  4. Proficient in using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devices
  5. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  6. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  7. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
  8. Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and PPE requirements
