    As a Final Assembly Manager, you will have proven experience in production or manufacturing management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. This position also requires the utilization of all resources to keep production goals and milestones on track.

    Key Activities
    • Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians, and assemblers
    • Manage department budget, workforce forecasting, and headcount planning
    • Participate in hiring and training of new workforce to allow for growth, including strategy for career development of production workers
    • Ensure quality and on time performance
    • Plan and implement lean manufacturing initiatives
    • Support continuous improvement in production through operating procedures, implementation of best practices and related training through ongoing dialogue with operations personnel
    • Develop and utilize proper metrics for measuring performance in the areas of quality, safety, cost management, capacity management, and operational efficiency
    • Participate in a two-week training program in Switzerland each year to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices
    • Implement and enforce discipline measures on the shop floor to improve efficiency and maintain high productivity standards
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or relevant field
    • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing
    • Proven success in cooperation and communication across various levels of corporate organization
    • Ability to plan and organize multiple activities concurrently
    • Experience in managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to think and act in line with the intentions and priorities of top organizational leadership
    • Proven track record of successfully leading large teams, particularly in challenging and high-pressure environments
    • Strong initiative and ability to anticipate organizational needs, identify opportunities, and take decisive action
    • Demonstrable history of implementing lean manufacturing principles with measurable outcomes
    • Track record of solutions-based approaches and data-driven thinking
