Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is hiring a dependable Fin Tube Helper for a day-shift manufacturing position in Claremore, OK. This role supports the Fin Tube production department by assisting machine operators, maintaining material flow, performing quality checks, and helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

The Fin Tube Helper must be flexible and willing to work in different production areas as needed to meet changing production demands.
Responsibilities

• 
  Assist Fin Tube Operators with production activities and machine-operation support.
  
• 
  Load, unload, move, and transport tubes, fins, and other production materials.
  
• 
  Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and cleanup activities.
  
• 
  Monitor material levels and replenish production supplies as needed.
  
• 
  Inspect finished products and materials for defects or quality concerns.
  
• 
  Measure and verify product specifications using approved measuring tools.
  
• 
  Package, label, and stage finished products for shipment or storage.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• 
  Remove scrap materials and properly dispose of production waste.
  
• 
  Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
  
• 
  Report equipment problems, safety concerns, and quality issues to supervision.
  
• 
  Cross-train in multiple production areas and provide coverage during absences, vacations, staffing shortages, and peak workloads.
  
• 
  Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.
  

Requirements

• 
  High school diploma or GED preferred.
  
• 
  Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required.
  
• 
  Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  
• 
  Basic math and measurement skills.
  
• 
  Strong attendance, dependability, and flexibility.
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• 
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.

  Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.

  Ability to work around noise, heat, dust, moving machinery, and other typical manufacturing conditions.
  
• 
  Ability to safely operate equipment and material-handling devices after proper training.
