Primary Objective

Operate packaging machinery to safely fill, package, and palletize product and maintain a clean, efficient line.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and monitor packaging machinery to meet production goals.
• Complete product changeovers on filling equipment to support schedule changes.
• Fill containers, package finished goods, and palletize for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain equipment and work areas.
• Operate mobile equipment for materials handling.
• Participate in safety meetings; complete required training.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) plus 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Physical capability to lift and carry cases up to 50 pounds and to tilt and roll drums weighing 450 pounds.
