    Filling Machine Operator

    (Full-Time | Food & Beverage Manufacturing)

    Day or Night Shifts available (12 hour shifts)


    Job Summary

    This role supports high-speed beverage production lines by operating and monitoring equipment across filling, packaging, and end-of-line processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations while maintaining strict quality and sanitation standards.


    Responsibilities

    • Set up, assemble, operate, and monitor filling equipment across multiple production lines.
    • Monitor gauges and equipment settings to ensure package weights and critical control parameters stay within specifications.
    • Respond quickly to machine alarms and coordinate with technicians when needed.
    • Perform seal checks and package-integrity tests at required intervals.
    • Ensure all necessary materials and supplies are stocked for continuous production.
    • Monitor product and packaging quality throughout the shift.
    • Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, sanitary condition, including completing scheduled CIP procedures.
    • Work with maintenance teams to address equipment malfunctions.
    • Accurately complete all required production paperwork, including start-up and cleaning checklists, downtime logs, and quality check sheets.
    • Review production data such as variances and efficiencies.
    • Communicate production issues to supervisors promptly.
    • Follow all Production, Quality, Food Safety, GMP, and Integrated Management System requirements.
    • Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
    • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
    • 1-3 years of Machine Operator experience
    • Food & beverage industry experience (preferred)
    • Ability to work a flexible or changing schedule.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Previous machine-operator experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing stairs.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
