FILLER/SEAMER/PACKER OPERATOR This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining filling, seamer and packer equipment to ensure high-quality beverage products are produced safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor filler, seamer and packing equipment during production runs
- Perform routine equipment adjustments and minor troubleshooting
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product and packaging standards are met
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and safety standards
- Assist with changeovers, sanitation, CIP and preventative maintenance activities
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating filler, seamer, packaging, or bottling/canning equipment is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
