Job Description:
Staffmark is looking for a File Clerk to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a long-term clerical position. Apply now to take the next step in your career!
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good data entry skills
- Attention to detail and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- Entry-level; will be trained
File Clerk Responsibilities:
- Sorting mortgage documents by loan number
- Filing back the documents in a large file room warehouse environment
- Copying and scanning documents
- Pulling requested files from shelves for shipment back to clients
- Auditing files for accuracy
- Data entry
- Labeling boxes
- Ladder use daily
- Lifting 35 lbs.
