Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11 AM - 8 PM

Job Duties

• Sort mortgage documents by loan number
• File documents in a large file room warehouse environment
• Copy and scan documents
• Pull requested files from shelves for shipment back to clients
• Audit files for accuracy
• Data entry tasks
• Label boxes

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Entry level - Will train
• 1+ years of fast food clerk, warehouse clerk, or clerical experience
• Ladder use daily
• Able to lift 35 lbs.

What You Will Do

As a File Clerk you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Duties may include operating equipment, working with customers, handling materials, preparing documentation, supporting administrative activities, using technology, collaborating with team members, or completing other responsibilities appropriate to the position.
