COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs.

Responsibilities
Organize, label, and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Scan, upload, and index documents into the company database
Retrieve and distribute files and records upon request
Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation before filing
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and information
Track and update file logs and tracking spreadsheets
Assist with data entry and document formatting as needed
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely processing of records
Identify and correct filing errors or discrepancies
Support special projects related to records management and archiving
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior office, clerical, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based filing systems
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
