Available Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts between Monday - Friday (7am-5:45pm)

We are searching for an experienced Field Training Supervisor (FTS) to join our team. The FTS team is responsible for delivering and overseeing training programs, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with all training requirements. The supervisor develops training materials, provides coaching, and ensures personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Deliver classroom and on-the-job training to employees and job candidates, including drills and health and safety instruction.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to specialists and staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company-required training and certification.
  • Partner with managers and supervisors to assess training needs and determine appropriate training approaches.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training curricula and instructional materials.
  • Create and manage training schedules in coordination with management.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including individual and group instruction, demonstrations, simulations, role-playing, self-study, computer-based training.
  • Organize and maintain training manuals, reference materials, assessments, and multimedia learning tools.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports to evaluate training effectiveness and monitor trainee progress.
  • Conduct audits, document training, and coaching activities, and report findings to leadership.
  • Crosstrain with Training and Development Supervisors to provide backup support as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • College Degree OR 2+ years of honorable military/law enforcement experience.
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed.
  • 1+ year of security experience and 1+ years of customer service/hospitality experience.
  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
  • Project Management experience highly preferred.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
