Field Technology & Infrastructure Technician
Location: Pipestone, MN

Join PIPESTONE as a Field Technology & Infrastructure Technician and play a key role in keeping our technology systems running efficiently across offices, feed mills, and pig farms throughout the Midwest.
What You'll Do:
- Respond quickly to IT support requests and troubleshoot technical issues
- Support network infrastructure, firewalls, backup systems, security cameras, and other IT equipment
- Install and configure computers, printers, mobile devices, access points, and related hardware
- Utilize remote monitoring and management tools for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software across multiple locations
- Travel to offices, feed mills, and farm sites throughout the Midwest to provide on-site technical support
What We're Looking For:
- Working knowledge of Windows-based computer systems in a business environment
- Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Experience with help desk/ticketing systems is a plus
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or related credentials are a plus
- Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Work Environment:
- Agricultural office environments and bio-secure facilities
- Travel to various PIPESTONE locations, feed mills, and farm sites throughout the Midwest
- Opportunity to work in unique and essential production environments
