Field Technology & Infrastructure Technician
Location: Pipestone, MN

Join PIPESTONE as a Field Technology & Infrastructure Technician and play a key role in keeping our technology systems running efficiently across offices, feed mills, and pig farms throughout the Midwest.
What You'll Do:
Respond quickly to IT support requests and troubleshoot technical issues
Support network infrastructure, firewalls, backup systems, security cameras, and other IT equipment
Install and configure computers, printers, mobile devices, access points, and related hardware
Utilize remote monitoring and management tools for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software across multiple locations
Travel to offices, feed mills, and farm sites throughout the Midwest to provide on-site technical support
What We're Looking For:
Working knowledge of Windows-based computer systems in a business environment
Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and time-management skills
Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Experience with help desk/ticketing systems is a plus
CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or related credentials are a plus
Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
