Field Service Technician – High-Purity Water Systems
Location: Graham, NC (and surrounding service territory)
Pay: $25/hr.-$40/hr. (Direct Hire)
Hours: 7am-until (40-55 hours weekly)

What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the trusted expert ensuring our customers’ water systems operate at peak performance:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high-purity water systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues impacting system performance and water quality
- Support installation teams during commissioning and startup of new systems as needed
- Document all service activity accurately, including parts used, time tracking, and service notes per SOPs
- Partner with engineering and service leadership to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers through consistent, high-quality service
- Educate customers on best practices for system care and operational efficiency
- Maintain a strong safety-first mindset in all field and shop environments
- Keep service vehicles, tools, and workspaces clean, organized, and professionally maintained
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule to support customer needs
- Other duties as assigned in support of service operations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in equipment service, field service, or industrial maintenance (customer-facing experience strongly preferred)
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience with troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, instrumentation, or controls
- Background in HVAC, automotive/diesel repair, industrial equipment, or similar technical fields
- Comfortable working independently in the field and managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, web-based systems)
- High school diploma or GED required

Work Environment & Lifestyle
