Your mission
Deliver reliable residential heating and cooling service by pairing sharp diagnostics with clear communication and safe work practices.
How you’ll make an impact
- Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps in homes.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and detailed inspections to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Translate technical findings into plain language and guide homeowners through next steps.
- Record every visit accurately—symptoms, tests, repairs, and parts used.
- Adhere to safety procedures and relevant regulations at every job site.
- Coordinate with team members to solve problems faster and enhance the customer experience.
- Pursue ongoing learning to stay current with residential HVAC innovations.
What it takes to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical schooling preferred.
- Current HVAC technician license or certification.
- EPA Type II required; EPA Universal preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in residential HVAC service and maintenance.
- Diagnostic mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator with a customer-first approach.
- Self-starter who also thrives in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
