- Technician responsibilities will be maintaining/troubleshooting wheeled and track vehicles, such as M270, M270A1, and HIMARS vehicles.
- Working on Military vehicles, MLRS, Bradley, M1A1, HUMVEE, HEMITT, etc. Bulldozers, front end loaders,
- Render technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems. Provide an analysis of maintenance program and recommendations that may be beneficial.
- Mandatory: Familiar with gasoline and diesel engines. Troubleshooting skills on vehicles.
- Desired: Familiar with Redstone Arsenal, AL operations. Familiar with engine and diesel engines.
- Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
- Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
- Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
- Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
- Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
- May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.
