Field Technician II

Job Summary:

The Field Technician II will be responsible for performing field installations, repairs, and maintenance for Vinmar International's products and services. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in technical services and support within a dynamic industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment in the field.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to company products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of service reports, installations, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during field visits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and departmental policies.
• Work closely with senior technicians and other team members to complete projects timely and effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Prior experience in a technical or field service role is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
