Stop Rolling the Dice on Weather and "Chuck-in-a-Truck" Chaos
Done with weather-dependent hours or outfits with zero growth metrics? Build a predictable trade career at Brothers Gutters.
Your pay isn't subject to boss moods—it’s locked to a non-negotiable Skills Ladder where mastering technical execution triggers automatic raises [cite: 1]:
- Field Technician Tier ($24–$28/hr): Run truck-mounted seamless extrusion machinery, nail pitch calculations (1/4" per 10'), execute clean miters, and handle multi-story setups.
Why Us?
- Warm Winters: Stage, load, and prep inventory out of our heated indoor facility (no sub-zero morning ice-scraping)
- Year-Round Paycheck: Pivot seamlessly from high-margin autumn guard/install work to winterization heat-cable mapping (steady W-2 all winter)
- Clean Infrastructure: Modern, wrapped corporate fleet and safe rigging gear provided.
What We Need
- 2+ years in construction, exterior remodeling, or mechanical/install trades (HVAC/cable background translates great).
- Valid driver's license with clean record; safety-first mindset (OSHA 10 preferred or company-backed).
