Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Field Technical Spt Rep V for a Contract with a client in St. Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will provide onsite print support by monitoring device performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring uninterrupted operations at the customer site.

Rate Range: $26/Hour to $29/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Field Technical Spt Rep V Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and support onsite print devices to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve printer, hardware, and software-related issues in a timely manner.

• Manage toner, paper, and consumable inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at customer locations.

• Assist end users with device functionality, routine maintenance, and basic technical support.

• Coordinate with internal support teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing responsive service and meeting established service-level expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education; additional technical training is preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in print support, maintenance, field service, or a related technical support role.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve printer, hardware, and software issues.

• Proven customer service experience with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong client relationships.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
