• Perform onsite diagnosis and repair of hardware-related issues.
• Support laptops, desktops, workstations, and printer equipment.
• Complete hardware replacements, installations, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot operating system and basic networking issues.

• Work directly with customers to resolve technical concerns.
