Key Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned properties to conduct showings for prospective tenants
- Perform inspections of vacant units and report property conditions
- Assist with property listings, signage placement, and lockbox setup
- Support leasing and property management teams with daily tasks
- Ensure properties are clean, secure, and presentable prior to showings
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, field-based schedule
- Detail-oriented with a customer-service mindset
- Interest in property management or leasing preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Work Environment
This position is primarily field-based and requires regular travel between properties. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with office-based teams.
