Now hiring Field Support Engineer

Location Arlington, TX

Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri

These are the qualifications that matter.

  • Prior experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is required.
  • Bachelor of Science required; a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field is preferred.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Previous field service or customer support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking concepts.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, keeping communication clear and solutions moving.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, software, and process-related issues with confidence.
  • Troubleshoot industrial machinery and software directly at customer sites.
  • Provide on-site and remote engineering support to minimize customer downtime and keep operations running.
  • Assist clients with network configuration and administration, including the setup of Windows and database servers.
  • Document service activities and maintain thorough, accurate service logs.
  • Conduct customer training on the company's software products as needed.
  • Deliver services in alignment with company policies, procedures, and service manuals.
  • Escalate technical issues and recommend improvements that raise the bar on support quality.
