About the Role
We're hiring a Field Supervisor (Steam Blow / Air Blow) to run day-to-day site execution for blowing scopes. You'll lead crews, manage equipment readiness, coordinate with the client, and ensure the job is executed safely and to spec. This is a field-forward leadership role for someone who can keep production moving without cutting corners.
What You'll Do
- Supervise field execution of steam blows and/or air blows (setup through completion)
- Lead toolbox talks, JSAs, permits, and enforce site safety expectations
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and consumables; verify readiness before critical steps
- Work closely with the PM/engineering team to follow procedures and manage changes
- Maintain clear daily reporting: progress, issues, manpower, equipment, and next steps
- Coordinate with client reps and other trades to avoid conflicts and downtime
- Ensure quality requirements are met (acceptance criteria, documentation, sign-offs)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years oilfield/industrial field services experience with steam blow or air blow exposure
- Prior experience leading crews as a supervisor/lead hand/foreman on industrial sites
- Strong safety leadership and comfort working around high-energy systems
- Valid driver's license
- Able to travel extensively (often 70–80%)
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Basic Plus, TWIC, First Aid
- Experience with related scopes: nitrogen services, hydro testing, pigging/testing, chemical cleaning
- Ability to read basic drawings (P&IDs/isometrics) and follow technical procedures
Schedule / Working Conditions
- Field rotations with 12-hour days typical
- Outdoor/industrial conditions; lifting up to 50 lbs; uneven terrain; noise; weather exposure
