WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervise and manage security staff
• Perform Security Officer duties when needed
• Implement and enforce security procedures
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities
• Train Security Officers and Shift Leads
• Communicate with operations management
• Conduct inspections and manage staff sign‑in/out
• Assist with payroll and personnel management

Needs to have valid CA Guard License, 5 years Supervisor experience in Security Industry, and Clear Driving Record.
