Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee hydroblasting, tank cleaning, and emergency response jobs
- Supervise crews and ensure safe execution of high-pressure and confined space work
- Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards
- Coordinate emergency response activities and on-call operations
- Monitor equipment, job performance, and operational efficiency
- Ensure proper waste handling, documentation, and compliance
- Train and mentor employees on procedures and safety practices
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, or emergency response
- Knowledge of confined space entry, HAZWOPER, and hazardous materials handling
- Valid drivers license
- Valid TWIC Card
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- DOT and safety compliance experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
