Armed Field Supervisors for leadership roles in Greater New Orleans. These roles bridge the gap between field officers, clients, and management, requiring hands-on operational oversight.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing: Active LSBPSE card and firearm certification.
- Availability: Full shift rotations (12 hr. shifts), weekends, and holidays required.
- Shifts are Days - 5:30am - 5:30pm, and Nights 5:30pm - 5:30am
- Equipment: Reliable, duty-grade weapon (and corresponding duty gear)
- Preferred Requirements: Supervisory background in security, military, or law enforcement.
- Screening: Must pass reference check & have a clean driving record
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Field Leadership: Perform daily site inspections and support officer operations.
- Operations: Coordinate logistics, report field status, and manage equipment.
- Emergency Coverage: Provide immediate, on-site coverage when necessary.
- Training: Train new hires on protocols and de-escalation.
- Reporting: Document daily activities and file incident reports.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Communication: Strong verbal/written skills for team and client management.
- Stamina: Capable of 12-hour shifts in varied conditions.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Decision Making: Ability to make quick, high-stress decisions.
Starting Pay - $18.00/ hour
Weekly pay via direct deposit.
