We help homeowners transform their homes through a thoughtful, structured process built on craftsmanship, communication, and trust.We believe a successful remodeling project is about more than completing the work. It's about keeping promises, solving problems early, communicating clearly, respecting our clients' homes, and paying attention to the details that turn a good project into one homeowners are proud to recommend.We're looking for an experienced Field Supervisor who shares that mindset.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the field, coordinating trades, solving problems, and taking ownership of getting projects across the finish line the right way.What You'll DoAs a Field Supervisor, you'll work closely with our Production Manager, trade partners, clients, and internal team to keep projects organized and moving forward.You'll:Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners throughout each project.Keep project schedules current and plan upcoming work in advance.Monitor jobsite progress, quality, cleanliness, and safety.Identify potential issues early and help drive practical solutions.Review scopes and upcoming work with trade partners before work begins.Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, schedules, and project documentation using BuilderTrend.Participate in project walkthroughs, client meetings, punch walks, and closeout activities.Maintain awareness of project budgets and communicate potential overages early.Help coordinate materials, long-lead items, and other critical project details.Communicate proactively with homeowners throughout construction.Take ownership of quality and closeout to ensure projects meet PK Builders' standards.The Details Matter HereAt PK Builders, we believe the last 5% of a project matters just as much as the first 95%.Fit, finish, punch work, cleanliness, and the details homeowners notice are often what they remember most.
