About the Role
We need a hands‑on OSP Supervisor to supervise and lead one drill crew and keep daily field work running smooth. If you want steady work, real responsibility, and a chance to move up in the fiber‑optic construction world, this is it.
What You’ll Do
Supervise a drill crew and keep production on schedule
Make sure TCP (Traffic Control Plans) are set up correctly each day
Report daily production and job progress to project management
Oversee boring, trenching, and cable placement
Keep the crew working safely and following standards
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers
Help train new crew members and build a solid team
What We’re Looking For
Some experience in OSP, construction, utilities, or telecom is a plus
Some leadership or crew‑lead experience preferred
Able to read maps, prints, and basic construction drawings
Good communication and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working outdoors and managing sites
