FieldBridge is looking for Field Specialists in Carmichaels, PA to work with the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

$23-$24/hour | 12-hour shifts, 28 days on / 7 days off | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $24/hr and 84 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,544 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring Field Specialists to support flowback and pressure control operations out of Carmichaels, PA. In this role, you will help deliver safe, accurate, and on-time service at the well site, from rig-up to rig-down. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid oilfield experience who can work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down wellhead, frac tree, and pressure control equipment safely and on schedule
• Perform valve maintenance, repair, and rebuilds, plus torquing and pressure testing
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot field equipment to keep it job-ready
• Operate a telehandler and support crane and rigging operations, including loading and unloading equipment
• Complete field documentation and job reports accurately and on time

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of oilfield experience (5+ preferred) in frac, flowback, pressure control, wellhead services, completions, wireline, coiled tubing, cementing, or similar
• Working knowledge of valves, wellheads, frac trees, and pressure testing
• Safe rigging and lifting experience, including crane hand signals and telehandler operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable with basic computer and mobile apps for reporting
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision
