Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionLead and coordinate all self-performed construction operations across active projects. Plan and manage labor resources, equipment utilization, material procurement, logistics, site access, and work sequencing. Supervise field crews performing carpentry, concrete, demolition, civil/site work, scaffolding, cleanup, and general requirements activities. Oversee shop operations, warehouse functions, equipment yard activities, tool inventory, and fleet management. Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and overall project performance. Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and company leadership to support project execution. Manage equipment deployment, mobilization, demobilization, and preventive maintenance programs. Support estimating efforts, project planning, operational staffing, and resource allocation. Maintain accurate records, reporting, and operational documentation using digital tools and construction software. Strong knowledge of construction logistics, resource planning, and field operations. Experience managing equipment fleets, tools, inventory, and maintenance programs. Ability to support multiple active commercial construction projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications. Experience with digital reporting and record management. Familiarity with Procore. Ability to travel regularly between jobsites, facilities, equipment yards, vendors, and suppliers throughout Southern New England. Background with commercial general contractors or construction management firms. Experience in carpentry, concrete, demolition, civil/site work, scaffolding, and general requirements scopes. Rhode Island licensing or experience working throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
