Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs projects or contracted services.

• Leverage standard tools methodologies and processes to deliver monitor and control service level agreements.
• Be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
• Take responsibility for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
• Drive the alignment of project objectives with organizational goals to ensure successful delivery and value creation.
• Facilitate cross functional collaboration to enhance communication and streamline project execution.
• Analyze project performance data to identify risks and opportunities implementing proactive measures to address them.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to project management processes and tools.
• Champion stakeholder engagement by maintaining transparent and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires 5 days a week on-site in Bartlesville, OK.
