    Description

    IDR is seeking a Field Services Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves overseeing technical field service operations within the technology infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will manage project deployments, coordinate field teams, and ensure successful installation and maintenance of systems at client sites.

    Position Overview for the Field Services Manager:

    • Manage and coordinate field technicians, engineers, contractors, and vendors during installation and service projects.
    • Conduct or support site surveys and assess technical requirements for new installations and upgrades.
    • Develop project scopes, schedules, resource requirements, and implementation plans.
    • Oversee installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and break/fix activities in the field.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related field activities and customer communication.

    Requirements for the Field Services Manager :

    • At least 3 years of experience in field services, field engineering, or technology installations.
    • Project management experience overseeing technology deployments, repairs, and upgrades.
    • Strong understanding of field technology, networking, telecommunications, or low-voltage systems.
    • Experience coordinating technicians, contractors, vendors, or other field resources.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
