CyberLinx Solutions is seeking a skilled Field Services Engineer (Tier 2) to provide advanced onsite and remote technical support across client or branch locations. This role handles escalated issues from Tier 1, performs infrastructure deployments, and ensures reliable operation of end-user systems, networking equipment, and site technology. Key Responsibilities - Provide Tier 2 onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Windows-based environments (e.g., Microsoft Windows) and user productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365
- Install, configure, and support network equipment including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (e.g., Cisco Systems, Fortinet)
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access management
- Perform hardware rollouts, imaging, upgrades, and site refresh projects
- Assist with server, virtualization, or cloud-related tasks as directed
- Document incidents, configurations, and project work
- Escalate complex infrastructure issues to Tier 3 / Engineering teams
- Hardware lifecycle replacement
