WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Field Service Technician, you will:

• ️ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair RCD and MPD systems
• ️ Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Deliver and install equipment at wellsites
• Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
• Complete service tickets, delivery documentation, and required reports
• Manage tools, replacement parts, equipment, and field inventory
• Train rig crews on proper RCD bearing and sealing-element operation and maintenance
• Work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure successful operations
• Operate and troubleshoot pressure-control equipment and MPD software systems
• Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures
• Assist with incident reports, non-conformance reports, and investigations when needed
• Be available for flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts as operational needs require

WHAT YOU BRING

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Technical or mechanical training preferred
• ️ Previous oilfield or field service experience strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to remain effective in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work independently and respond to changing field conditions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a hands-on field position. You must be able to:

• Stand, sit, walk, reach, and use your hands to handle equipment and tools
• Lift up to 45 pounds
• Operate motor vehicles as required
• ️ Perform physically demanding field activities for extended periods
