Description

  • Field Service Technician, working directly with our team as well as local contractors, focusing on Startup/Commissioning and Service for all our equipment’s.
  • There is a 50% - 75% travel requirement within the United States.
  • We are looking for someone who is a detail-oriented individual who is goal-oriented with a foundational knowledge of HVAC.
  • This individual should have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The Service Technician needs to be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • The right person can work both independently and with a team.
  • The client values efficiency and strives to maintain smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Preventative Maintenance and Service schedules.
  • Perform on-site quality Control for the installation of our products
  • Perform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients
  • Be available to take emergency issues when on call.
  • Monitor service software closely to ensure services are met on a timely schedule
  • Collaboration with different departments within the company for product development and improvement
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of our equipment.
  • 50% - 75% travel requirement within the United States.

Qualifications

  • 608 EPA certification
  • Experience in Mechanical Critical Infrastructure Service and Maintenance
  • 7+ years of experience, including air-cooled chiller experience.
  • HVAC
