Position Overview
We are looking for dependable Industrial Cleanup Workers to assist with cleanup and maintenance projects at refineries, oil and gas plants, and industrial facilities. This position involves physically demanding work, including cleaning up sludge, chemicals, oil, and other industrial materials while following all company and job-site safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Clean and remove sludge, oil, chemicals, and other industrial materials from designated areas.
- Assist with cleanup of refineries, oil and gas plants, tanks, equipment, and work areas.
- Use hand tools, pressure washers, hoses, pumps, vacuums, and other cleanup equipment as trained.
- Load, unload, and properly handle cleanup materials and equipment.
- Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and company safety procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist with hazardous and non-hazardous material cleanup as directed and trained.
- Work outdoors and in various weather conditions when required.
- Work around industrial equipment, chemicals, oil, and other job-site hazards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site personnel.
- Complete required safety training before and during assignments.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- **Must be able to pass a drug test

- No criminal background within the last 7 years.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must be dependable and have a strong attendance record.
- Must be able to work safely as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in dirty, physically demanding industrial environments.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as required.
- Must be willing to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Previous refinery, industrial, environmental cleanup, oil & gas, or construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to complete all required safety and site-specific training.
