As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' equipment operates at peak performance. You will be the face of the company on-site, delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime for customers
Performing repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial compressed air systems
Delivering professional field service and representing the company at customer locations
Communicating clearly and effectively with customers regarding service needs and solutions
Completing accurate service documentation using mobile apps or tablets
Working independently in the field and managing jobs from start to finish
Achieving high first-time fix rates and maintaining strong productivity standards
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
Willingness to travel to customer sites
Preferred Qualifications:
Electrical troubleshooting experience on industrial equipment
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable using mobile apps or tablets for service documentation
