KL Maintenance LLC is a family operated business located in Martinsville, IN. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and caring technicians who can start immediately. As a technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of technical ability, quality, value, and integrity to our customers
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of systems
- Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
- Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle, equipment, and electronics
- Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
- Document details of services and parts provided to customers electronically through iPad applications
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
- 2+ years of field experience (pay based on ability & experience).
- Basic computer skills for iPad and cell phone communication and documentation
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays - if needed
- Ability to Troubleshoot and Repair Problems Quickly and Accurately.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
- Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Strong ability to diagnose, repair or replace various brands of restaurant equipment.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and tight spaces.
- Must be a team player!
