We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and traveling to support equipment installations, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting projects across the U.S. and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Install, commission, test, and troubleshoot industrial equipment
- Support customer startups, repairs, upgrades, and system optimization efforts
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and process-related troubleshooting
- Oversee equipment installations and subcontractor activities at customer sites
- Develop test procedures, commissioning plans, field reports, and technical documentation
- Train operators and provide technical support to customers and project teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of field service, commissioning, field engineering, or system testing experience
- Experience working with industrial or heavy mechanical equipment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation
- Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
