Job Overview:
Pay Range: $27.00hr - $29.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Technical experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices.
- Must have customer service experience.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to obtain TWIC card.
- Ability to pass a credit check.
- Ability to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements.
- Ability to accommodate driving a company vehicle.
- 1-3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.
- Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization.
- Takes care of company property.
- Troubleshoots systems for mechanical and electrical equipment conditions.
- Identifies and remedies safety issues for both company and customer owned equipment.
- Interfaces directly with customers.
- Provides first line of technical service support.
- Accountable to customer for operation and repair of the system.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with water valves, plumbing, or trades.
- Experience with reverse osmosis.
Skills:
- Mechanical troubleshooting.
