About Us:
Service Robot Co is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain commercial service robots and IoT hardware at customer sites.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot commercial robots and related equipment on-site
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls
- Train customer staff on basic robot operation
- Document work and coordinate with the remote support team
Requirements:
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude; comfortable with hand tools and basic diagnostics
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in the Houston area
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge robotics hardware in the field.
