Shift and Compensation
- 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
- Compensation is from 37,440 USD to 45,760 USD per year
Job Duties
- Provide technical support and service to customers, both over the phone and on-site
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Conduct on-site service calls equipped with a company vehicle stocked with tools
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding professionally, efficiently, and courteously
- Collaborate with the service team to share knowledge and solutions
- Complete documentation of service activities and maintain accurate records
