Shift and Compensation
1st Shift Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
Compensation is from 37,440 USD to 45,760 USD per year
Job Duties
Provide technical support and service to customers, both over the phone and on-site
Troubleshoot equipment issues using strong communication and problem-solving skills
Conduct on-site service calls equipped with a company vehicle stocked with tools
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding professionally, efficiently, and courteously
Collaborate with the service team to share knowledge and solutions
Complete documentation of service activities and maintain accurate records
