The Opportunity

Responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining building automation and control systems. Works with customers to ensure efficient system performance.

What you will do?

  • Install and configure BAS/BMS control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair sensors, actuators, and networked controllers.
  • Perform system calibrations and tuning.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and control schematics.
  • Document service activities and communicate with clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Electrical/Controls/Mechanical preferred.
  • 2+ years experience with BAS/BMS systems (e.g., Siemens, Johnson Controls).
  • Strong understanding of control sequences and integration.
  • Experience with low-voltage wiring and networking.
  • Excellent diagnostic and customer service skills.
