Employment Status: FT (hrs./days vary) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: Greeley, CO We are seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician to support our oilfield rental operations in Greeley, Colorado. In this field-based role, you will inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot rental equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and be comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on all Titan equipment in the field and shop setting
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide on-site repairs
• Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained in a safe and compliant manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and equipment condition
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Operate a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner
• Perform tasks and repairs in teams and solo
• Maintain the care and cleanliness of company vehicles, trailers & tools
• Complete JSA's, fill out job checklists and scope of service with the customer
• Responsible for following all company policies and procedures Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic math skills required Job Experience General labor experience and mechanical aptitude Computer Proficiency Ability to utilize a timekeeping system as well as cell phone for time reporting Training: Titan Solutions will provide necessary training Working Conditions: Ability to work in inclement weather conditions Physical Requirements:
Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting, bending, working on hands and knees
Capability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow.
Must pass pre-employment fit test and background check Travel Requirements May be required to travel less than 10% of time Pay Range: Pay is based on performance, competencies, seniority - $24 - $28 • This job description in no way indicates or implies these are the only duties to be performed by the employee of this position.
